Customers frequently cite punctuality, clear communication, and competitive pricing as key strengths of Arizona Roofing and Restoration. Reviewers highlight the company's thorough assessments, professional cleanup, and assistance with insurance claims during roof replacements and repairs. The owner actively responds to feedback, maintaining a high engagement rate. However, one recurring criticism involves unresolved post-service issues, specifically regarding unattended follow-up requests for minor installation errors that persisted for an extended period.

Bok was very communicative and reasonable throughout the service of roof replacement on my house, then when my solar panels were installed back on I noticed the put the brackets under the shingles which makes my shingles looked raised, I bright this up to his attention which he told me he was going to get it fixed. I have been texting and calling him for the past year and I get no reply or call back. Unfortunately I will most likely have to end up calling someone else to help me fix this issue.
Bok from Arizona Roofing and Restoration is Fantastic. The Knowledge that Bok has is beyond words!! He's and experienced roofer of many years, and His communication is amazing! I was having trouble with my insurance company and Bok was fantastic dealing with them! He was able to get more information from them, then I was! Bok and his crews were great to work with. They accommodated all of our requests and kept the workplace clean. They replaced all of our facia and made sure that new plywood was installed everywhere it was visible on our eaves. When our new roof tiles arrived they brought out extra crews to get the tile quickly loaded onto the roof and their roof lines were perfectly laid out! We have had so many compliments on our new roof. Great experience!!

Thank you so much for your kind words and for trusting Arizona Roofing & Restoration with your roof repair and replacement project!
We’re glad to hear you were happy with both the storm and wind damage roof repair and the full roof installation process. Navigating insurance claims can be overwhelming, so our team works hard to handle communication with the insurance company, document damage properly, and make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our homeowners.
In Arizona, severe monsoon storms and high winds can cause significant roof damage. That’s why it’s so important to work with an experienced, licensed roofing contractor who understands both insurance claim roofing in Arizona and high-quality roof installation standards.
We truly appreciate your recommendation and are grateful for the opportunity to serve you. If you or anyone you know needs roof repair, storm damage inspections, or a full roof replacement in Arizona, our team is always here to help.
Stop Right Here and Hire BOK and His Team!
After getting multiple quotes, dealing with pushy salesmen and sign now style discounts. Arizona Roofing came in like superheros. They looking into storm damage options, communicated clearly, showed me the damage and gave reccomendations, offered top quality products and still had the lowest price!
No hard sales tactics or tricks - just experienced people taking the time to walk me through the what why and how of a new roof.
I have done a few home renovations and have never had such a great experience with a contractor. From the first look to the last nail I got updates, photos, communication of work done, and have nothing but good things to say.
Excellent care taken on the install too, the roof looks better than it ever has.
Thank you and your team for the amazing New Roof!
