Recurring themes include professional communication, efficient onsite work, and honest assessments that avoid unnecessary upsells. While most reviews are positive, a small number of low-star comments cite high charges, perceived rudeness in communication, and instances of unfinished jobs or unannounced arrivals.

Amazing service!!!! Our 20+ year old door has not opened this smoothly in many years. The quotes of best and worst case scenario were well below other company's I reached out to. They also didn't take 4 men and 1 1/2 hours like the other company's said. He was in and out of my house within 30 minutes. So glad you…

Thank you for writing us a review Melanie. We are happy that we were able to come out so quickly. We can't always come this quickly, but we do make every effort to get to our clients as soon as we can. We appreciate you. Welcome to the Arizona Sliding Door Family of Customers.

Great value, excellent service, very professional. My sliding door had not been serviced in 26 years and had reached the point where it required 2 hands to open and close the door. Definitely a safety issue. I seriously thought it needed to be replaced. The excellent service starts from the first phone call, where they ask questions and provide estimates right over the phone. The work was scheduled, they sent notifications prior to arrival at my home. Then they replace the rollers and lock, as agreed, and walk me through on going maintenance, and things that may need follow up in a few years. Work completed in less than 1 hour. Pricing was exactly as discussed. No Bait and Switch, No attempts to upsell. Just excellent work at an excellent price. Now the door opens and closes with one finger. I strongly recommend this company as your first (and only) call for sliding door repairs in the Phoenix metro area.

What a glowing review, thank you so much! Ray, we really love what we do, and when we can take a door that is a struggle to open and close and bring it back to operating with ease, it is very satisfying. Enjoy your door for years to come and Welcome to the Arizona Sliding Door Family of Customers.

Jason and Britney were wonderful to work with and I’d highly recommend this business. It’s so nice to have someone come out and assess the issue and answer all your questions and not try and sell you into a new product. Jason is an expert at what he does. I had issues with my sliding glass door handle he was able to fix, and he replaced the wheels on two sliding glass doors. Very fair and transparent pricing. Thanks again for your excellent customer service!

Very happy with the work I had done by Arizona Sliding Door. When getting pool deck renovations, we damaged our pool fence and decided to go with a self-closing/latching sliding door instead of repairing the fence. I contacted this company because my top concern was the self-closing mechanism and their system is very elegant.
Jason came over to service my door and we had the rollers and primary latch replaced along with installing the self-closing/latching system and couldn't be happier. I have already given Jason's information to 2 other people because it's so rare to find good contractors that I couldn't help myself! Thanks Britney and Jason, we're *very* happy with our door!!

you know when you run across a business that just is competent and caring and focused on fixing your particular issue with your home in this case our sliding glass door… this is the second time we’ve had this company come out. The first time was because our doors were not opening and closing very well and Jason was able to fix those without any problems. It’s been running smoothly for the last three years since we had them out and then yesterday he came to fix our locking mechanism which they walked us through prior to coming. They helped us order our part on Amazon, so it would be less expensive and then they came out to install it. This feels like an old-fashioned mom and Pop company that gets customer service and quality of service. I could not recommend them enough!

Jason did an amazing job. I had King sliding door come out first and they gave a ridiculous estimate for repairs of $90,000 saying there was all kind of structural issues. Jason came out and put new rollers on all the doors and they work perfectly for less than $3,000 I highly recommend him and this company. Thank you Jason

Thank you so much for your review Steve. I think what sets our company apart from many of the other patio door repair companies is that we are a repair only company. We are a family owned and operated business with 16 years in the valley. We do not install new doors, our only interest is to provide the best repair services we can at a fair and reasonable cost, and if that means saving a customer a costly new door installation, then this is very satisfying for us. If we believe a customer is better off getting a new door installed, we are going to tell them so. If we cannot repair their door, we do not charge them.
It was truly a pleasure speaking with you. You worked so well with us by sending pictures to identify rollers et... This home was such a beautiful home with big beautiful standard and multi-slide doors, just incredible. We are thrilled, the only thing all these doors needed were just new rollers and re-balancing to get them running smoothly once again.
Thank you for choosing Arizona Sliding Door to service your doors. We welcome you to our family of Arizona Sliding Door Customers.

This was our second time using Arizona Sliding Doors and once again we are very pleased with Jason’s work! We recently moved and when we noticed our back sliding glass door was stiff and the kids were having a hard time opening and closing it, we knew just who to call! Jason came to the rescue! He fixed it all up and it’s sliding like a dream. Highly recommend this company, they are fair in price and do an incredible job!!
