I had a great experience with ARK Plumbing! Jason was friendly, efficient, and professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain the problem and show me exactly what was wrong, which I really appreciated. He got right to work and had everything fixed without wasting any time. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and respectful of your time. I would absolutely recommend ARK Plumbing and would be happy to use them again!

After a water heater rupture I called Ark after 8pm and they picked up right away. They offered to have someone out that same night, but I scheduled for first thing in the morning. Jason arrived at 8am sharp and I was taking a hot shower in less than 2 hours. Super fast, easy, convenient and Jason was a pro. Price was in decent range for a 50 gal replacement, removal of old heater and permitting of the new water heater. Ark was also able to double the warranty coverage that I had on my last water heater to 12 years. Highly recommend for fast and professional service!

Ark has good pricing and excellent installation skills. The project was completed within an hour and the work area was cleaned properly before leaving.Very experienced and great customer service. Ark exceeded my expectations! Also, before leaving Jason was nice and made some minor adjustments to the toilets in my house while he was here.
