I purchased my tires online and had them delivered to Arrow Center which is a partner installer of this reputable online retailer. Aldo was communicative and accommodating with the scheduling. When I arrived, I walk in to a clean shop and waiting area where Aldo greeted me and offered me a cold bottle of water. Less than an hour later Aldo was done and even helped me put my spare tire back. I paid for installation with the retailer and Aldo said I didn’t need to pay anything additional which added value. I will definitely return and recommend Aldo and Arrow Center to anyone!
Found this place through FIXGO.
Purchased tires online and had Aldo install them here. He is so easy to work with and extremely helpful, never felt any pressure to purchase anything extra, he gave me his recommendations from what he saw while installing my new tires and after asking about the other services he recommended, which I already had a feeling I needed, Aldo had it taken care of at an extremely reasonable price. I had the alignment done through a co-op shop and Aldo took care of everything so all I had to do is sit and wait.
I highly recommend this shop for all your tire needs and if he can’t do it he will gladly help you with recommendations from other local shops and get you a fantastic price.
Just had two sets of tires installed at Arrow Center Tires—Falken Azenis for my BMW and Nexen N’Priz AH5 for my mom’s Kia Sorento. Aldo installed both sets and was very friendly and helpful. Great service and a positive experience overall. Thanks, Aldo and the team! Definitely recommend this shop.
I need a tires balancing for my 2020 camry and Aldo did a great job with exceptional service fee compared to other tires shop, will do business again. Thank you very much 😊
