Worst service ever! They do not come out for emergency service in x1 day as they advertise, now on day 3. Communication is terrible. I have a venomous spider in my house and I can’t seem to get help after x4 attempts!

Pedro Ledo is my technician. He is the friendliest guy and really knows his bugs. He always does an excellent job and is willing to come back if I'm not satisfied

The service from Arrow has been consistently excellent. We have worked with Pedro Ledo for several years- he is outstanding: Arrow gives us a notification regarding our routine service about 10 days before the date. Pedro calls us the day before to confirm again and to give us a planned time for the service.
We like that Pedro listens patiently to any concerns and then explains the planned treatment: routine prevention and/or any added concerns. After he does his thing, he checks with us again before leaving.
The preventative care has worked well and we especially like the technicians like Pedro who give great service. Thank you
