I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Chase. I’m not sure why Arrow has him answering phones and interacting with customers, because his behavior was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional—and, in my case, it has cost Arrow a customer. Today (9/28), I received a text from my technician informing me that he would be coming by to service my home. I had received no prior notice or opportunity to schedule the appointment. Because I do not want anyone servicing my home or property when I’m not there, I asked if the service could be moved to Thursday (10/1). The technician informed me that my home had to be serviced before Wednesday (9/30) because the service was due this month. I told him I would contact the office to resolve the scheduling issue. When I called, I spoke with Chase. He was initially pleasant, but his demeanor changed when I questioned why Arrow would wait until the very end of the month to schedule my service and then expect me to accommodate the resulting deadline. Arrow’s scheduling and planning should not become an emergency for the customer, nor should I be expected to provide access to my property when I am not comfortable doing so. Rather than simply addressing my concern, Chase began talking over me and raised his voice, saying, “Can I talk? Let me talk?” When I asked to speak with a manager, he responded sarcastically, “I will gladly get the manager!” Ironically, once the manager got on the phone, the issue was resolved immediately. The manager was professional and accommodated my request to move the service to Thursday—just ONE DAY after the date Chase was insisting the service had to be completed. What makes this even more concerning is that, before writing this review, I noticed another negative review specifically mentioning Chase and his customer service. Apparently, this is not an isolated concern. Arrow, your customers should not be spoken to this way—especially over a scheduling problem they did not create. A simple request to move an appointment by one day should never have escalated into an employee raising his voice and speaking disrespectfully to a paying customer. The manager handled the situation appropriately, and I appreciate that. Unfortunately, my interaction with Chase was enough for me to decide to cancel my services with Arrow altogether.

I wasn’t planning on leaving any type of review until Chase snapped at me and hung up on me when I called to cancel the service. He asked for a reason and said he was required to write one down. When I gave him my reason, he got defensive as if I had insulted him personally. His tone changed and he started to defend the service. I appreciate your passion Chase however, this is not personal. This is business and sadly for both of us, your services did not meet our needs and your lack of professionalism made the matter all that worse for everyone and now here we are. No one was upset until you reacted to an answer YOU insisted I answer. No need to throw a tantrum and hang up on a woman. Now you earned the business a one star. Dang Chase, dang. SMH.

Tarret Thomas was amazing. We called Arrow due to an epic ant invasion at my 90 year old grandmothers home. Mr. Thomas was friendly and enthusiastic. He spoke directly to my grandmother, which is so greatly appreciated. It stands out when someone takes the time and effort to explain, educate and encourage when it would be easier to speak with someone else in the home. He was very thorough with the service. Hopefully this takes care of the problem. If not Mr. Thomas made sure we knew that he was our guy and we could call him with any problems. Thank you Tarret!
