Arslanian Brothers cleaned carpet in 3 rooms for me. A couple spots appeared after the carpet dried. I reached out to them. They were very understanding and came back out and addressed the issue in a very timely manner. Highly recommend. Very professional and friendly.

Years ago as a gift I received a carpet from India. While well loved it did not receive the care it deserved. Over time the fringe on one side got eaten up by a vacuum cleaner, while on the same side but left handed side of the fringe as well as large corner of the carpet got muddy discoloration from overflow from planters placed too close. In addition there was blue discoloration in the cream colored center of the carpet-cause unknown. When I dropped it off to Arslanian brothers they were very frank in what they could and couldn't do regarding getting the discoloration out of the carpet itself and gave me different options for the fringe. I picked up the carpet today and when I unrolled it to say the carpet came out so much better than I could have hoped for would be an understatement. Even the blue stains which I really hoped at best would at least be lightened were gone. Can't tell which side has the replacement fringe and which has the original. Several months ago took an expensive but very sentimental rug from Kashmir for a repair-hole had developed in an edge. I didn't think that it could be repaired given the type of weave it was. Well they did it-can't even see where it was repaired. Have been very happy with the cleaning and repair services. For me the pricing given the quality of their work very reasonable.

I have a natural wool colored thick rug that first was used by people with dirty snow boots, and then was used in my kitchen to help my elderly dog not slip around. You can imagine how disgusting this rug became over several months of not being able to fully clean up the dropped food. When summer arrived, I thought my dog could do OK without the rug for a while and took the rug into Arslanian Bros for basically sanitizing it. I told them I did not care how it would look, I just didn't want it to be disgusting. When I went to pick up the rug, they were apologetic that they were not able to get it fully clean, and I reassured them that was fine. I was pleasantly suprised by how clean they did manage to get it! While not being perfect, it looks far better than when I took it in, and I am not embarrased (for now) to have people see my kitchen!

Your crew just did my carpet cleaning this morning. So friendly and professional as always. I moved all of the furniture I could, but ran out of room. The crew shuffled stuff around to go above and beyond in the traffic paths that I wasn't worried about. They also cleaned my wool Karastan Persian rug that I inherited from my grandparents....which you guys have been cleaning and taking care of since 1977! Funny coincidence...I am friends with Jeff Phelps. Right after your crew left, I heard Jeff's plug for you on 92.3 WKRK.

After learning that Arslanian Brothers was so close to my house in Shaker and that rug cleaning was *not* cost prohibitive, I had 9 "oriental" rugs cleaned (and some repaired) this summer. The staff is fantastic and they are people of their word. I cannot recommend them more highly. Total game changer for me. Hats off to you, Arslanian Brothers, for making the 2026 summer even more transformative!
