Customers frequently cite the company's punctuality, professional communication, and accurate pricing for chimney cleaning, masonry repairs, and fireplace maintenance. Reviews highlight that technicians provide detailed explanations and complete work within quoted estimates. However, several low-star reviews report scheduling errors, including missed appointments and last-minute cancellations, which led to frustration for homeowners relying on timely service.

Will and his partner were friendly, professional, and worked their butts off on a Saturday morning to get my chimney repairs and cap in before the weather changed. Will ended up having to do a bit more than anticipated yet the cost remained the same as the initial estimate. I am so relieved to have found a company I can trust with chimney, masonry, and glass block work. I will see y'all in the spring!
Very fast and efficient! Did an excellent job of cleaning and getting set for winter usage. Came in and cleaned, gave us excellent recommendations and were very informative about Fireplace use and up keeping.
We’re repeat art of stone customers. Will does a great job, is very personable, and honest. We’ve had great experiences with him cleaning our chimney, doing an estimate on our porch, and replacing our chimney cap. He is quick and clean. I know this is short, but I have no complaints about the service we’ve received. I’d recommend them to anyone.
Will and his partner were great. Good affordable service
Mr Will and Mr Eddie came to house and fixed my chimney along with my broken front porch . I needed 20 more bricks than what it consisted for with no chatter he finished the job. My chimney is no longer leaking and my porch is done at the cost he quoted. Thank you Will and Eddie. And with that said they cleaned up everything like they were never here. I appreciate the attention to detail. Highly recommend
Nothing but positive experiences for chimney service. Very honest and professional company, will not pressure you to get anything beyond what is needed.
