Customers frequently praise the business for punctual arrivals, proactive communication via texts and emails, and gentle handling of anxious or difficult pets. Reviews highlight the convenience of mobile service and the quality of grooming results for both dogs and cats. However, lower-rated feedback indicates occasional issues with appointment booking responsiveness, deviations from specific grooming instructions, and isolated incidents involving pet safety or payment documentation.

(Short haired, Female, Cat) Bianca and Rosa did a fantastic job! It was my baby’s first grooming appointment and she came out wonderful and absolutely stunning. What I love most is that when the appointment was over my baby wasn’t hiding or distressed, which to me shows they handled her with care and love. Thank you so much <3
After what seemed like an endless pursuit of finding someone who can groom my 50-lbs Goldendoodle, finding Art Pet grooming is truly heaven-sent. Not an exaggeration but seriously everything from trying to book, coordinating time, and outcome of the services are things that gives me peace of mind when using their services. Other grooming services, both mobile and in-salon, seem to not know how to groom my dog properly and I end up paying about $200 plus each time. Our go-to groomer is Markus. He’s super professional, punctual, communicates effectively, and most of all knows exactly how to groom my dog. I highly recommend Art Pet grooming and Markus Buhr!
Hi Sheryn, hearing that our mobile dog grooming brought you peace of mind means a lot. Goldendoodles need the right technique, and Markus takes real pride in getting the cut, coat care, and handling right. We are so glad you found a groomer who works for your pup.
Rebecca was amazing! She was able to squeeze us us in early and Ms Luna loved her!
Amazing work from Rebeca G! She did such a great job grooming both of our dogs. She notified us when she was on her way and arrived right on time. Our dogs came out looking clean, happy, and adorable. You can really tell she takes her time and cares about the dogs she works with. We’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend her!
Hi Bernardo, we’re so glad to hear Rebeca G made your mobile dog grooming visit such a great experience. Right on time, gentle care, and two clean, happy dogs is exactly what we aim for. Thanks for trusting Art Pet Mobile Grooming with your pups.
CUTEST BOY IN THE WORLD 💕🫶 Thank you, Ramon Borges, Louie came back inside looking soooooo handsome and had no anxiety. Thank you for putting the extra effort in to get his coat looking nice. We just bought our house and we’ve been doing at home baths for the past 3 months so he’s been OVERDUE for a de shedding treatment. Couldn’t be happier with how smooth the process was and how CUTIE PIE my lil man is
Hi Becca, Louie sounds like he knew he was overdue for that de shedding treatment. Ramon will love this. We are so glad your handsome boy stayed relaxed and came back looking his best. Smooth, low stress mobile dog grooming right at your new home makes all the difference.
Muy buen trato, buen trabajo y muy buen manejo del estrés de mi mascota😊
Hi Cathy, we’re so glad your pet felt at ease during their mobile pet grooming appointment. Stress handling is a big part of good dog grooming and cat grooming, and it means a lot to hear our care and grooming work stood out. Thanks for trusting Art Pet Mobile Grooming.
Gabby was amazing. Rambo came back from his appointment so happy and relaxed!!
Hi Ienzeni, we loved hearing this. Gabby has a real gift for mobile dog grooming, and it is great to know Rambo came back happy and relaxed. That calm finish is exactly what we want for every pet we groom.

Ramon is amazing! Our dog loves him and always looks for him when he leaves. Ramon cuts his hair exactly as we ask for every time. We've tried several different groomers in the past and we finally found Ramon. We will always book him in the future.
Hi Lisa, thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that Ramon left such a great impression and that your dog felt comfortable and looked fantastic after the grooming. I used Art of Pet Grooming for the first time today, to trim my two cats’ claws, shave and bathe the back parts. From the booking of appointment, to the time of arrival, I received texts to confirm my appointment, emails and more texts, prior to the appointment, so I feel that I was well informed, and their communication was excellent. I was given the groomer’s name, Ricardo, and he even texted me a few hours before my scheduled appointment to ask me if I would like an earlier appointment, as he had a cancellation. I accepted the earlier appointment time, and he texted the new time and was on time. He told me he has three cats of his own, which put me at ease. He did a beautiful job on both cats. He did not rush, he took about two hours. Both cats’ fur are so soft, their claws are beautifully trimmed and so are their behinds! I thank Ricardo for an excellent experience and I will be using his services again. Thank you.
