Julie is the best! I had so much fun at a dot mandala painting experience tonight at the Arr Studio of Connecticut in Berlin CT. She has so many great classes and her work that she sells is beautiful. The studio, bathroom and kitchen area was very neat and clean. We will definitely be back for another class.
I found the class to be very rushed and the teacher Julie seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She was just very unwelcoming and anything any of us needed seemed to inconvenience her. Made the experience not as good as it could’ve been :(
Me and my party had a great time! Very relaxing and super beginner friendly. The studio and teacher are very nice, and it's BYOB! Definitely coming back.
Attended a paint pouring party that was very creative, interesting and fun. Julie was a great instructor and offered lots of helpful tips. I would definitely recommend any of her classes and will now be a repeat customer.
What a gem! The studio is amazing and Julie is beyond wonderful! I’ve been to two separate events here (adult birthday party and a paint pour) and I had a blast at each one!! I would highly recommend the studio. I can’t wait to do a couples paint night and when my munchkin is older, to host her birthday parties here! Love this place!!!
Went with a large loud group of 15 and it was a blast! Julie had us all feeling like artist by the end of the night. Highly recommend!

Had such a great night here, honestly wasn’t expecting to enjoy it as much as I did but it turned out to be one of the funnest nights I’ve had in a while. The vibe is super chill and not intimidating at all, which was perfect for me since I haven’t picked up a paint brush since like 6th grade lol. The instructor made everything so easy to follow—she broke it down step by step and somehow I actually ended up with something that looked like real art 😂. I was lowkey proud of my painting and didn’t feel dumb or judged, which says a lot. The space itself is really cute and cozy, you could tell they put a lot of effort into making it feel welcoming. It was clean, organized, and the lights and music made it feel really homey but fun too. Loved that it’s BYOB, we brought a bottle of wine and some snacks and just made a whole night out of it. Everyone there was in a good mood and it felt like we were all just hanging out more than doing some “class.” I didn’t know anyone when I walked in but left feeling like I’d spent the evening with friends. Only small thing was we got a little lost tryna find the building—wish there were more signs or directions but once we figured it out it was fine. Honestly tho I’d come back in a heartbeat. I even tolled my cousin she gotta try this place asap. Might even book something here for my birthday or a girls night. It’s such a laid back, fun, no-pressure kinda place. Highly recommend to anyone lookin for something different to do that’s actually worth your time.

Our family had an amazing, fun, not to mention therapeutic painting session with Julie! Would highly recommend for anyone, we will be back again soon!!
The Suprise 40th Birthday was a SUCCESS!!! 🎉🎉🎉Shout out to the AMAZING Art Studio of Connecticut / Julie DelMartino…Seriously the COOLEST and most creative new space in Berlin! (Right next to Hop Haus) With the very best family & closest friends, we drank, ate, painted, laughed, sang, and celebrated! Julie was so friendly & accommodating and I was able to transform the space into exactly what I had been picturing for the party. Painting was a blast and she modeled every step along the way. She hosts kids parties, birthdays, work events, bachelorette parties, weekly paint nights….and more! Wish we could do it all over again! Reach out to Julie for a one-of-a-kind event!!
Had a great first time experience with my love. Thanks to the artist great class
