The HD Metal print I received is beautiful, but it is too dark. The photo is a night image from the last partial moon eclipse with the Milky Way in the same sky. The Blood Moon and Milky Way look fantastic, but the foreground is too dark. I know this is an issue with printing night images, but it is really difficult to know how much to lighten my edit of the foreground; because lightening to much will make the foreground look too much like daylight. Because I am ordering from a lab on the West Coast, I cannot review a test print. That is frustrating. Artbeat Studios has a great reputation and I can tell they care about their customers. But 4 stars is all I can give.

I love the finished product of the metal prints, the colors are bright and crisp, photos look so amazing on metal and Artbeat Studio does an amazing job.

The latest photo metal piece that Artbeat Studios produced for me was outstanding. I had some concerns that my visual cropping was not correct and I followed up with an Artbeat staff person on the phone who was very reassuring that the foto was looking good. What I enjoy about using the Artbeat Studios services is the courtesy and professional services offered by it's personnel-they are definitely the best!

I had a bad experience with them. The print quality was good but the back of the metal print had deep scratches all over it. I sale prints and no way would I hand this over to a paying customer. It makes the photographer look bad when you hand your customer whats soppose to be a professional print and the back looks like crap 💩 . I sent them two emails and both times they blew me off I would never recommend 😒 I am disappointed in how they think its ok.
