When I was young and dumb, my mom hired Arthur Pressman for my first DWAI and possession charge. Nobody explained to me that he was on my side, so the first meeting was pretty awkward lol. He did manage to help me keep my license longer than normal, which was genuinely helpful at the time. Believe it or not, life was relatively alright without driving, but I had no idea the unholy trouble that stemmed from a simple moment that could have been the end of my case. At the last court date Arthur asked me in short simple terms, “drug court or probation.” I seriously had no clue what any of this meant! I don’t remember ever feeling like I had much of an understanding of anything during that whole ordeal. I still think about the courtroom moment when the judge asked why we were choosing drug court instead of just dropping the charge. The judge looked right at me and paused for a long time…. then goes, “Alright, drug court it is….” I didn’t speak up and it’s my biggest regret. I was just too young and had no experience or knowledge to help myself in the moment. Looking back (I’ve been clean for 10 years now), drug court was a terrible move. Whatever the plan was, it turned into years of warrants and pushed me even more into the same lifestyle that started it all. The courts did nothing but flex the power of a courtroom in the face of a young struggling kid. Looking back, I should have just done the year in jail. Arthur got a decent result on the license side, but I still wonder what that whole exchange with the judge was really about. Of course, later in my late 20s and early 30s I’ve reached out to him a few times with other general questions and he’s always been straightforward and helpful once I had a better head on my shoulders. If you’re reading this and dealing with anything related, get out of the courtrooms ASAP. Take probation over drug court NO MATTER WHAT and tackle outpatient/inpatient on your own free terms if possible.

It was honestly the best service I got. It was my first ticket and I was afraid I would get points on my license. I called their office and helped me get no points on my license and just a small fine. It took awhile but I was patient. He helped me throughout the entire process and went to court for me. This dude is honestly the best. Work with him and he will do his very best
A fantastic one to have on your side. He worked to have my charges lowered two whole degrees from the initial charge, and also helped me through the unknown process and into a better life. I’m forever thankful.
Has been a perfect help multiple times for me. The best there is.
Arthur takes care of business, I ended up with the best case scenario and I appreciate his representation
I contacted Arthur Pressman when my son received a traffic ticket in the city of Buffalo. With the cost of auto insurance these days, I knew any points would result in a huge increase in our premium. Arthur was able to resolve the issue with no points accrued on my son’s license. The cost of retaining him was well worth it. It will save you money in the long run. He is very professional and reassuring. I highly recommend Arthur Pressman.

I am from Canada and after crossing into New York state I got a speeding ticket for going 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. I contacted Arthur and he did a great job outlining what he could do for me. He was able to reduce my speeding ticket to a parking ticket with only a $50 fine and no demerit points. Arthur was prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Arthur for any violation you may have in the Western New York area.
