I purchased Miele dishwasher from Lars Appliance in June 2025 after my old dishwasher started leaking. My major complaint is that, although they sell Miele appliances, their sales team doesn’t know much about them. I gave the salesperson the dimensions of my old (hardwired) dishwasher and he told me that only 3 or 4 dishwashers could fit into the space. At the time I didn’t question what I was told because I assumed they knew what they were talking about, but it turned out that the salesperson didn’t know much about Miele appliances. They cannot be hardwired. They can only be plugged in. I even emailed the salesperson team later to confirm that Miele can be hardwired and they confirmed it can. Well, the installer confirmed that hardwiring the dishwasher voids the warranty. He did install the outlet free of charge because I had a confirmation from the sales team that I asked the question earlier, but I am not happy with the machine I ended up with. There are no issues with washing, but the racks are not as good as they are in the newer models. I wasn’t offered all the options because the salesperson thought the machine can only be hardwired. I had no issues with the company. They were always very responsive, the installer arrived when he was scheduled and the machine has been working without any issues.It’s just that they should be more knowledgeable about the basics of the high end appliances they are selling.

We ordered a Wolf Dual Fuel Range and when it was to be installed, we learned that we did not have adequate electricity to operate the oven. As soon as Christian learned about our challenge, he had an electrician out to fix our problem so we could have the range installed, and most importantly, operating the day before Thanksgiving. Christian and his team went above and beyond to save our Thanksgiving! I highly recommend Artisan West and Christian.

I highly recommend Artisan West Appliance after receiving exceptional support for my Sub-Zero refrigerator that had passed its warranty date but stopped working properly. I was desperate on a Saturday and called every local company that sells or services Sub-Zero appliances seeking guidance.
Christian, who works in sales, had absolutely no obligation to help me since this wasn’t a potential sale — yet he went above and beyond. His empathy, professionalism, and commitment to customer care stood out immediately. He understood my frustration, took ownership of my issue, and personally contacted Sub-Zero on my behalf. Within hours, he called me back with a direct line to their warranty department, which ultimately extended my warranty and fully repaired my refrigerator.

I contacted Artisan West Appliance about replacing our broken built in microwave and was connected with Christian Larson. He was very helpful and sent me options, via email, right away. We talked on the phone several times too, in order to be sure our purchase was exactly what would fit, work well, and look nice too. Within days our new microwave was installed, along with the trim. Looks fantastic. I’ve bought several appliances throughout the years from Pacific Sales, Lowe’s, Home Depot, etc. I think I’m done with my appliance store searches, I will go straight to Christian/Artisan West, from now on.
