Hello Quija, we take customer feedback very seriously, which is why we were concerned to see your review. After carefully checking our customer records and recent transactions, we have been unable to find any service or payment matching the $520 charge you described, nor do we have a customer under your name. We believe there may have been a mix-up with another locksmith company, as this transaction does not appear in our records. We also do not have a fixed $520 charge for the service you described, as pricing depends on the vehicle, key type, and work required. We kindly ask that you contact our office directly so we can verify the details and clear up any misunderstanding. If this service was provided by another company, we would sincerely appreciate you updating or removing the review, as reviews have a significant impact on small businesses. Thank you for your understanding. ASAP Locksmiths & Security Services
