I called other septic places and they couldn't come for a few days. ASAP came the next morning. Septic was cloged. They snaked it. I thank them very much for there quick response.

Pence is no longer in business; ASAP bought them out. Based on our experience, I would not recommend ASAP.
They initially pumped our septic system for $360, but 24 hours later we still had gurgling pipes, a terrible smell, and sewage coming up through the downstairs bathtub. When we called, they said a weekend visit would cost $800, so we scheduled an expert for Monday morning.
We waited all day as the arrival window repeatedly changed, and the expert finally arrived at 4 p.m. He said heavy rain had saturated the drainfield, causing water to flow back into the tanks. He also indicated that we have two tanks and did not understand why only one tank was emptied. The second tank was flowing back into the first tank, which is the fault of ASAP for not initially draining two tanks. After another two-hour wait, they emptied all three tanks and charged us an additional $660.
The lack of communication, accountability, and timely service was extremely frustrating. They should have explained the situation initially instead of leaving us waiting and charging us again. I definitely would not recommend ASAP.

County hired ASAP for tank removal and fill, part of sewer tie in project @Lucky Clover. Not happy with how they have chosen to destroy residents yards, turned my back yard into a dump and left it looking like Friday night mud runs with piles of dirt and trackhoe gouges through entire yard. Very UNPROFESSIONAL.

I’m not sure how useful my review will be, since it turned out to be an easy diagnosis and fix. Basically, Frank Gay changed out our toilet, and in the process, they flushed a whole rag down the toilet, but they never told us anything had happened. A couple days later, our pump stopped working. We called ASAP to come out and figure it out. I was expecting to spend thousands of dollars making sure our sewer line was unobstructed, and possibly changing the pump. However, the guys from ASAP pulled the pump out and found a rag in the blades, which was the entire problem. Still cost me $180, since that’s what a service call with two guys costs, but it worth it for me to not have to go into that sewage tank myself and mess with the pump.

ABSOLUTELY would recommend. I had an emergency of course on a Sunday morning. I called and they came within a few hours and fixed it. I'm sorry don't remember the name of the guy that came out but he was Awesome, he took the time to explain to me in details how Septic tank works and Do's and Don'ts showed me around the Tank. Thank you guys for coming out fast and helping me. The price was also reasonable and affordable. Thanks 😊
