Customers consistently highlight rapid response times, often arriving within an hour for emergencies, along with professional communication and fair pricing. Services frequently include sewer line repairs, leak fixes, water heater replacements, and clog removals. While the majority of reviews praise the efficiency and knowledge of the staff, one recurring criticism involves high costs for specific tasks, such as a toilet replacement quoted at $950.

ASAP plumbing showed up within an hour. Took care of my sewer lateral. Last time I used “discount plumber” who charged me 2x what ASAP plumbing did. Emergencies are never cheap, but based on that I thought the cost was reasonable. Kong was great, just quietly took care of the problem and cleaned up.

Called ASAP for a faucet leak on a Sunday afternoon. Set up appointment for the next morning and the repair was completed by 9:30am the next day (not an urgent same-day need). Extremely efficient and streamlined experience from the first call to the payment receipt. Great communication throughout. The only thing that I suggest is the receipt be detailed to split into labor cost and materials. My receipt only showed the total cost.
