I had the pleasure of receiving an Executive Coaching experience with Lisa Baker through a leadership development program I was a part of. I came into the experience apprehensive, as I had never received any formal coaching before, so I didn't know what to expect nor understand the value of what I could get out of the experience. That apprehension was quickly diffused with Coach Baker. She was very invested in our sessions, challenged me to really deep-dive to understand the many things that make up the marinade of who I am today, while simultaneously providing me with real-world tips and resources to help me navigate in the direction of where I'm trying to evolve to both personally and professionally. I really looked forward to each of our scheduled sessions, as I knew I would leave that session empowered and with new understanding, and just overall really enjoyed our conversations and the challenges she gave me.
