Google reviewers rate ASF Clean Team 4.9 out of 5 based on 109 reviews, frequently citing professional conduct, punctuality, and effective communication for window, gutter, and solar panel services. Customers often note fair pricing and thorough cleanup, while repeat business is common. However, some low-star reviews describe instances of last-minute cancellations or missed appointments, though the owner occasionally resolved initial service issues by offering to redo the work.

ASF Clean Team has cleaned our windows, skylights and solar panels many times. Definitely recommend.
Just finished up our second job with them. (Repeat customer is probably the best kind of endorsement here, right?) They’re professional, communicate well, and do an excellent job. Would definitely recommend if your gutters need cleaning. :)

ASF Team arrived on time, politely greeted us, explained their scope of work and the order and process of the work being done. Very professional, efficient, and sparkling clean windows.

SCOPE OF WORK
Our home is mostly 2 stories height but because of the landscaping grade, it is 3 stories in some areas. The french doors and windows required hand and pole squeegeed cleaning.
Cleared spider webs off exterior building and rails.
Hired this company to clean my garage. I’m out almost $700 and my garage is still dirty. They couldn’t even vacuum it properly. All stains on concrete are still there. Attaching images so you all can judge for yourself if that looks like a professional cleaning job.

UPDATE: The owner reached out and offered to clean the garage again. This time they vacuumed it properly.
Great work. Just what I needed done and they even did a little extra by washing off my back porch at no extra cost. My front porch area is clean again and I can see out my back windows. I highly recommend this company.
Great team. On time and very professional. Definitely will use them again.

Highly recommend! Professional and very responsive. Have gone above and beyond both times we used them to clear gutters and clean hard to reach exterior windows.
