I will truly be recommending Ashcroft & Gerel, LLP to everyone, My Lawyer Ms,Jamie, and Ms Betty, Are Awesome. I had an fall, at work that injured my knee, which was so bad I had to get a total knee replacement surgery. And months of physical therapy to learn to walk bend and lift my knee again. It was a journey, however I survived and back on my feet, I'm not 100% but feeling better and doing well. I Just want to say my Lawyer Ms . Do not call these people if you have a heart and looking for somone that actually cares about you as a person I was injured last night at work and I was told my broken foot is not a serious injury and to call back if it gets worse¿?????????????? Are you a real lawyer? Worse!!!!!!!! Shame on you!

Steven Gensemer, if you want a no nonsense pit bull of an attorney HE IS YOUR GUY! When I hired Ashcraft & Gerel I was aware, I had a difficult case. I also knew I needed a man with experience and a master at his game. I came to Mr. Gensemer broken after loosing 12 family members including my ex husband and best friend/ sister 2 months after my surgery resulting from personal injury incident. Living with pain, pain killers, and grief, I put my trust into a man who took control and led me to a safe place of peace and a hefty settlement.
