I highly recommend Ashley and her team! I was not an ideal client - very indecisive. Ashley was extremely patient and provided insight and considerations throughout my search process to make decisions easier for me. She was proactive with my lender to put me in the best position when it came time to make an offer. Once the offer was made, she and her team seamlessly coordinated efforts between my lender, the closing attorney, and my insurance agent to make sure we closed on time. Ashley and her team provided introductions to vendors I needed for my new home prior to closing so they could immediately begin working upon closing. Her team has been proactively by my side for every step of my search/purchase journey. They made this process much easier than I anticipated. I am not eloquent enough to properly express the value they bring to the table.

Highly recommend the Ash Quinn team! Our questions and concerns were always addressed quickly, our expectations were met and we were able to get the house sold with little hassle. Ash is very honest and upfront about what the process can look Like and uses her years of knowledge to get the deal done. We are using her services again to purchase a home as well! We had a contract in 12 days and closed 6 weeks after going on the market!!!
