Ebony was great. Went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. While we didn’t spend much today, we will definitely have a need to furnish a new home soon. Will pay Ashley Furniture (and Ebony) a visit!

Carmen was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked into the store, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. She truly rolled out the red carpet and gave us the VIP treatment! We walked in not knowing exactly what we were looking for, but Carmen patiently guided us through the options, explained all the features, and helped us select a top-of-the-line sofa that was perfect for us. She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we were happy with our purchase. What impressed us most was that she never rushed us. Ethan was a very attentive and an amazing salesman. We purchased a floor model mattress and a protector. We were not able to pick it up till the next day and he offered to place the mattress protector on. He helped us to pick out an excellent bedroom set for my son that just came home from the military

Very nice experience. We purchased a leather living room set very similar to one we purchased at Ashley 16 years ago. We only needed to buy a new one because we moved to NC without bringing furniture with us. Yani, our sales associate, was very helpful. I will definitely work with her on future purchases.
