I was so impressed with David Askander! I live out-of-state, but was in CA for surgery without a finalized will! I had been struggling for weeks to get my “last wishes“ down on paper for an attorney to convert to waterproof “legalese.“ But now, with just two days to surgery, and still with a few remaining thoughts to be finalized, I was in a state where I didn’t resign. So, in addition to proper legal wording, now I also needed to ensure valid execution outside my state of residence. When I contacted Atty Askander‘s office through a Google search, it became apparent he had two solid days of work in front of him. Nonetheless, he returned my call that evening, was understanding of the situation, and was SO kind as to work into the next evening to review my final draft and provide me with the advice I needed to secure my heirs! In addition to his legal expertise, Atty Askander is a caring human being! I highly recommend him.

I am working with one of the probate sales and I called in to ask for documents - and I'm on a time crunch! Well, the receptionist AMY would not transfer me to anyone, I asked for an e-mail address for David or his paralegal, and she would not give me an e-mail address for anyone. I asked to speak to her manager, and she HUNG UP ON ME. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I'm absolutely appalled by her behavior and unprofessionalism. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Mr. Askander was great to work with! Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, our business with him was not able to be completed but he was so nice and we definitely wanted to work with him!
