I called a different company that never showed up. Bob O. from Aslan showed up within 90 minutes and diagnosed the problem immediately. While it wasn't the news I was hoping to hear, Bob was a true professional and didn't try to push me into services I didn't need. I will definitely call Aslan in the future if I have any appliance issues.
