Bill, the service technician, was a huge help. He is an expert on all things pool equipment related. We genuinely appreciate his hard work to get our pool system back online! Great job Bill!
My pool cleared up over night! Great pool company, I highly recommend them.
We have used ASP for the past two years to care for our pool without issue. This year, however, after opening our pool on May 1, ASP has provided erratic and ineffective service. More than 7 weeks after opening it, despite 4 brief visits to add chemicals to the water, ASP has yet to succeed in cleaning the algae from our pool, and has ceased providing service without notice. Despite repeatedly attempting to resolve the issue by contacting Deondra at their office, both by phone and email, I have received only one email response, and none of my calls have been answered. In the 20+ years that we have owned this pool, I have never experienced anything like this. Based upon our experience this year, I would not award them even one star.
Poor service
We’ve been customers for years due to their knowledgeable service and informed approach to proper maintenance. They have many wonderful technicians, but I have to say that Josh is one of our favorites. He is a clear expert and answers any questions like a wise professor. He always makes the day better and our pool looks great. Ty!

Pool ownership is really a magical journey where water somehow turns into electrical problems, mechanical issues, strange noises, blinking lights, and unexpected expenses. Thankfully, Trey from ASP Pools showed up once again to save the day. This time, Trey helped us work through several mechanical and electrical issues with the pool equipment, and as always, he was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and incredibly helpful. He explained everything clearly, fixed the problems, and somehow managed to make pool equipment conversations far less terrifying than they usually are. Also — and I feel it’s only fair to mention this publicly — Trey could easily pass for Shemar Moore’s long-lost cousin who decided to get into the pool service business. So not only does the pool get fixed, but suddenly the entire backyard feels like an episode of Criminal Minds: Pool Equipment Unit. In all seriousness, Trey is fantastic at what he does, dependable, responsive, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Jason and I highly recommend him and ASP Pools to anyone in the Atlanta area.

ASP is a great company. When I had trouble with my pool pump, Traven came out right away and fixed the problems I was having. He was very knowledgeable and it didn’t take him long to figure out the cause of the problem. Highly recommend!
