Good customer service, and friendly people who do the work.
Seth took time to explain what he was going to do, ask if there are any concerns, and listen attentively. He showed me where to place interior spider traps. Then he went outside and did a thorough inspection, cleaning cobwebs, and sprayed. Excellent and well done.
Aspen pest control did a very nice job servicing my home.

Luke was very thorough explaining and listening to our pest issues. He spent a lot of time on our initial setup treating the entire home from attic to crawlspace. I would recommend him for anyone dealing with unwanted pests.
Both Bailey and Cole have been professional, personable, and knowledgeable! Couldn’t be happier with their service. :) Importantly, we’ve seen a huge reduction in spiders (we’ve only seen one baby spider, which is down from the 5 big ones we were seeing per day). So glad we signed up for this service! For context,…

Seth did a wonderful job with my quarterly pest control. I have used this company for over a year and it’s made a huge difference in the bugs I’ve seen around my house. I initially called them for an ant problem which has never returned in a year+. They are great!
Nathan was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was here a lot longer than planned and appreciate his attention to details. Glad we called and got him out.
We have used Aspen for years and they are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Their response time is quick and they have always solved our issues, even if it takes a few trips back out here. I have been very pleased with Aspen!

Had another great excellent service today, 8/24, from Aspen! The tech that came went above and beyond, treating the various areas and taking extra care to track down one of our ant issues. He also took care of the wasp nest in our trash can. I meant to post on 6/22 as well, but I must have forgotten to hit post. I…

Our appointment window was between 9 and 11:00am. Brad was ringing our doorbell at 9:03! While this was his first time at our home, he was knowledgeable of the previous visit and knew what he was looking for. After updating him on what had occurred since the first visit and showing him around, he set right to work.…
