I have been using Aspen for a number of years at two houses in Portland. You pay for quarterly visits. They are very reasonable, but the best part is that they will come back in between visits for most any problem without charging you. They provide great service and are easy to communicate with. This time I had…
Our appointment window was between 9 and 11:00am. Brad was ringing our doorbell at 9:03! After updating him on what had occurred since the first visit and showing him around, he set right to work.…

Seth came to our home today to help us with some rodents who decided to make a maze of tunnels behind a long rock wall in our backyard, and the spiders who seemingly have built webs in every shrub on our property. My husband and Seth walked around the yard and my husband pointed out the hotspots. Seth was very…

Oscar was a fantastic tech- polite, informative, and thorough. Gave recommendations on what to consider for keeping rodents out of our house and referral a company for a job outside of his scope. We opted not to do insect management as this is a spray, but this is all included as well.
Chase was prompt and did a thorough job both inspecting potentially problematic sites and addressing the issues. It gives me great peace of mind, and the value is much higher than other companies I have previously used.
Chase did a fabulous job. He was able to find the point of entry for the mice, patched it, and left bait inside and outside. My house looks great after his careful attention to clearing the spider webs. He was respectful and efficient and nice to my dog. I hope he gets to come back next time!

Great Customer Service! We have always had great service with Aspen. If you are looking for a pest control company, you should give them a call, you won’t regret it!
Aspen is great! They are always so helpful and informative when they come to my house. I love that the products they use are safe for me and my pets and still so effective!
We first called Aspen Pest Control because we had mice! We had tried to deal with the problem ourselves - but were not successful. Aspen Pest dealt with the immediate problem and long-term pest control beyond mice. We were pleased with the customer service on the phone and at our home. We have been using Aspen for…
We’ve been using Aspen for a couple years now and couldn’t be happier with them. Always great, personable, and professional service from their on-site techs and anyone I’ve spoken with on the phone. Affordable quarterly rates, and I love that they don’t charge extra when you need them out in between quarterly visits…
On time, very professional and polite. The service tech explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. This by far is one of the best companies I have come across in my attempts to maintain my home.
David and the whole ASPEN team couldn’t be better to work with. Thorough, detailed and friendly. I would recommend this service to anyone who has been experiencing pest problems! Coming home to any pest issue isn’t easy, but I promise you the pros at ASPEN will be there for you every step of the way! Highly recommended!
Aspen is one of the best companies we've had the pleasure of doing business with. Wish every company did business the same way. Will definitely recommend then to others.
Aspen has been SO MUCH BETTER than the other company we used prior. Before, the tech would lie about checking all rodent stations and we were unaware until the rodents appears back inside. Now with Aspen, I can call whenever I see activity and they come out within a few days. Great service—Taylor at HQ is away super…
Great service and our pest control guy was very knowledgeable.
We have had them for years. Great service and response times. Very friendly and professional staff. I would highly recommend them.
We got Aspen for the crazy amounts of spiders and ants we had in our house. They came out and sprayed and gave us some bait traps for the ants and they were gone within the week! So happy with them! And the gentleman that came out to spray was so polite! Will definitely continue to use their services!
Living in a new housing development with ongoing construction we are concerned with rodents. Neighbors did have inspections with infestations confirmed. Today Brendan from Aspen Pest Control arrived and immediately began his investigation. He was always professional in his responses to my questions, used layman's…
Appreciate the professional attitude of the technician who came today (Steve)-- Steve contacted me prior to arrival which I REALLY appreciate-- Steve explained the services and the results of "checking traps, etc" - Aspen Pest is 100% reputable-- I have been using this company for several years- they are always on…
Aspen is an awesome company. I’ve used them for years. I have a quarterly service and haven’t seen ants or mice but a couple times and they will come out no charge if needed between services. They are really good at notifying you when they will be out. The service people are always very professional and informative.
We have used Aspen Pest Control for eight and half years. They are very thorough, responsible, respectful, and professional. Our technician, Dan Williams, is very good. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. Excellent follow-up!
Collin and David are great ambassadors of Aspen. They tortuously explain the process, go to great lengths to keep the ants (which seem to be a neighborhood problem), spiders and mice at bay!! Thank you for your wonderful service!!
Dan is professional, courteous, friendly and on time. In other word he is awesome and so is Aspen!
Very professional and friendly. Excellent customer service and fair price.
The invoice actually listed services as opposed to all the pests they sprayed for. They provided vent inspection, treated flower bed and mulch areas, rodent control, interior inspection/treatment of basement/accessible baseboards/garage, foundation barrier, exterior inspection, doors and window treatment, eaves…

Prompt and professional. Owner personally called me back for initial phone consultation, our mice issue was resolved within a week of our first treatment. Highly recommend.
We have been so happy with Aspen. We live in a heavily wooded area so deal with all sorts of insects and rodents that were not controlled at all when we moved in. But Aspen has effectively kept all the creatures away from our house, including fixing a serious mouse and spider problem inside the house. We were…
Great price, reliable service, friendly technicians, results have need fantastic through the first 9 months of service!
We’ve been using Aspen for almost 5 years and they are great! If anything comes up in between visits, they are quick to respond and come out to check on things. Everyone is very kind, respectful, and patient, especially when my kiddos ask them a million questions. :) We have them come out every 3 months and they…
