So efficient and very knowledgeable. Explained everything thoroughly. I am very happy with the company after my first treatment!
Seth was very helpful. Answered our question and took care of everything.
The people here are first rate. They know their business; are careful in the application of the pesticide. We've basically been pest free for the past 3 years. Got a reasonable price, prompt service, knowledgeable technician. No negatives.
Technician was professional, quick and MOST important he was on time. Really appreciate the information he gave and there was no attempts to upsell or pressure into more services. Great team!
Seth was great and did a great job. He was professional, personable and great at explaining what he was doing. This was his second time to our house and we are very pleased with the service Aspen has provided. We have used other pest companies in the past and would recommend Aspen above the others we have experienced.

Brad appears very knowledgeable and was very personable
I have been using Aspen for a number of years at two houses in Portland. You pay for quarterly visits. They are very reasonable, but the best part is that they will come back in between visits for most any problem without charging you. They provide great service and are easy to communicate with. This time I had…
Our appointment window was between 9 and 11:00am. Brad was ringing our doorbell at 9:03! While this was his first time at our home, he was knowledgeable of the previous visit and knew what he was looking for. After updating him on what had occurred since the first visit and showing him around, he set right to work.…

Oscar was efficient, professional, and very pleasant to work with. I'm very happy with the service he provided.
Seth came to our home today to help us with some rodents who decided to make a maze of tunnels behind a long rock wall in our backyard, and the spiders who seemingly have built webs in every shrub on our property. My husband and Seth walked around the yard and my husband pointed out the hotspots. Seth was very…
Oskar was professional and polite. He was forthright about what we could expect considering we have other animals and birds in the backyard.
Seth was amazing! Came out and inspected the whole house and put bait stations throughout the house. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
I highly recommend. I had a rat in my garage and was concerned that rat had brought along friends. The inspection and treatment gave me peace. Oscar explained everything and was able to start treatment same day.

We've had Aspen for over a year now and highly recommend them. They are professional, courteous, and always do a fantastic job. That goes for the field service technicians as well as the people answering the phones. If you're looking for a pest control service, Aspen does a fantastic job!
Angelo was super professional and friendly. His knowledge of pest control was kindly passed onto us, it was more than I could have asked for.
Oscar was a fantastic tech- polite, informative, and thorough. Gave recommendations on what to consider for keeping rodents out of our house and referral a company for a job outside of his scope. We opted not to do insect management as this is a spray, but this is all included as well.
Chase was prompt and did a thorough job both inspecting potentially problematic sites and addressing the issues. It gives me great peace of mind, and the value is much higher than other companies I have previously used.
Chase did a fabulous job. He was able to find the point of entry for the mice, patched it, and left bait inside and outside. My house looks great after his careful attention to clearing the spider webs. He was respectful and efficient and nice to my dog. I hope he gets to come back next time!
