I previously used Assure for a home inspection and sewer scope and had a great experience. Because of that, I chose to use them again for the inspection and sewer scope on an investment property.<br><br>On the day of the inspection, the home inspection was completed as scheduled, but the sewer scope was not. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, so I simply asked Assure to coordinate with our realtor to complete the sewer scope at the next available opportunity. They did so, although it had to be scheduled for a different day, which I was completely fine with.<br><br>I wasn’t able to attend the rescheduled sewer scope, but I wasn’t concerned given my positive experience with them in the past. After reviewing the report, however, I had a few follow-up questions. When I called, they answered but weren’t able to address my questions at the time and said they would call me back. They did return my call, but unfortunately I missed it. Since then, I’ve tried reaching them multiple times without success.<br><br>I also sent an email with an additional question but never received a response. On top of that, I had to request the home inspection report several times, even after I had already paid the invoice.<br><br>Overall, while the inspection itself appeared to be thorough, the communication and follow-up this time were disappointing and fell well short of the excellent service I experienced during my first inspection.

Phil did the inspection. He explained line items he will be targeting and what to look for in the report. Phil did a good job with the inspection and was very personable. The rate was fair for the size of the home.

I used assure many times in the past, but the quality of inspections has dropped significantly after Russ left.<br><br>I recently hired assure to inspect a property. I told them my main concerns were the basement and roof. The guy that came out was not very knowledgeable. Didn't know how to open the patio door. Inspecting in the dark bc he cant locate a light switch. It's laughable. The report was mostly boiler plate statements and fluff. Never went on the roof, and misdiagnosed several items, as a result i incurred over $40k in unforeseen costs.

Jason Drumm did a whole house inspection on a home i was purchasing. He arrived before I got there. He checked over 2500 square feet of home from top to bottom. He was thorough and meticulous. He spent about 3 hours inspecting every detail. In the end, he walked us around the home pointing out serious concerns. I feel he did a wonderful job and I was very satisfied with it. I eiuld recommend Assure Inspections to my friends and family.

Had radon mitigated with Assure Inspection Inc.- excellent service , they responded right away, explained everything very clearly and answered all our questions . mitigation job was completed to our satisfaction, sump pit was also covered and<br>Their price was far more reasonable than other companies. They are very reputable and were highly recommended by precision environmental . They were very accommodating and squeezed us in last minute since our radon levels were very high and I wasn’t feeling well.<br>Would highly recommend them , give them 10 stars if we could and hire them again in a heartbeat. Just had an inspection done with them on a 28th for a house I’m looking to buy. Spent at least two hours inspecting the house and was very thorough. Really liked that they email you the pictures of what they find and the notes so you can reference them later when you’re fixing stuff. Highly recommended
