Both Susan Vincent and Dawn Terringo are professional, and compassionate. I've received extraordinary care from both.
I feel very comfortable during my appointments with Dr. Vincent. She communicates with me as if she genuinely cares about my wellbeing. Some doctors just want to give you medicine and end the appointment abruptly. She takes the time to really find out how I’m doing, and because of that I look forward to my appointments with her.
The visit went great Tammy participated She knew today she was talking to her doctor The doctor was very good with her great visit.
Just switched to Astra and am extremely glad I made this move ! Everyone I have encountered have been so personable and caring !
I love everyone whom I have came into contact with very nice and very professional.

I don't understand why they require you to fill out page after page of personal information on their website just to tell you that they're not accepting new patients at this time. That information should be on the front page.
I can’t explain the gratitude I have for S. Vincent, she has truly been there for me every time I have felt like giving up. The front office staff has always been attentive and communication has always been prioritized. I appreciate the Shepherdsville office so much!
they do take the time to talk to u , they r all very friendly, and they do take time to address your mental health issues. I am very satisfied.
