My name is Joey Morris and I am the President of the Sport Management Student Association at Florida State University. From October 22nd to October 25th, my organization took 32 students and 2 faculty members to Atlanta for our networking trip. Our bus driver, Shirley Crawford, was absolutely incredible. She made the trip easy and was great at communicating with me. She took all the stress out of the trip and was very helpful in taking away the stress I had. She is an incredible employee, and I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much!

We got a great deal with Astro, but unfortunately our bus broke down on the way back from Arkansas to Pensacola. It happens, but there we completely unconcerned that they left 50 middle schoolers on the side of the interstate in 90-degree weather and no A/C. We had to get out of the bus and sit in the grass on the side of the interstate! 😳 I overheard the driver calling many people to try to get help and got no where. I actually saw him googling and looking at YouTube on how to repair it himself. People at a nearby dealership started throwing bottled waters over the fence to the kids and some strangers stopped and used church buses to shuttle us to their church. We were stranded for over six hours resulting in the kids sleeping the night on the bus. The company never reached out or showed any concern at all. Their bill arrived before the bus was even repaired. There was no note, apology, or discount. I was flabbergasted. I won’t use them again as I can’t risk putting my students in harms way like that ever again.

Do not waste money on these buses. I am very upset about the money that was wasted renting them. They were filthy and broken! When first stepping on the bus it appeared they had not been cleaned. There were holes in the seats, the tvs did not work, plastic coming of the sides near the windows and the sand/dirt/dust was unimaginable. The overhead compartments were broke and missing the covers. The DUST and dirt was SO thick you could write your name in it. The vents were full of dust as well so much so we kept ours closed. There's no telling when the fabric on the seats AND CEILING had last been washed. So GROSS! It was so uncomfortable. Miserable!! I didn't want my bags sitting on the floor, in the seats or overhead compartments. I held my bag for 6.5 hours to our destination. Can't believe this is what our school purchased for us to comfortably ride in for my child's school trip. We deserve some MONEY BACK!! NO QUESTIONS.

Wow, what a great bus line. I booked a trip through Diamond Tours for 50 senior adults to Key West. We were so blessed to have Astro bus lines as our motor coach the bus was super comfortable and clean. Our driver Dennis Sims was beyond amazing. He kept us on time and cool and entertained with Direct TV. With this being my first time planning a trip like this he had wonderful suggestions as to places to stop for breaks, places to eat and made my senior adults feel safe. I highly recommend Astro Motor Coaches. I have requested that our next tour we use Astro and Dennis as our Driver. Very very pleased!!
