Reviewers frequently praise the punctuality, professional communication, and thorough explanations provided during services like EV charger installations, panel upgrades, and general repairs. Customers often note that technicians arrive on time, detail safety concerns, and present multiple options for work. However, several low-star reviews criticize the pricing as significantly above market rates, with complaints about high diagnostic fees and perceived pressure to purchase extensive whole-home electrical upgrades during initial assessments.

Marlese,
I am so glad that you had a fantastic experience with Chris! We greatly appreciate you reaching out to AstroWatt Electric for your electrical needs! Thank you so much!
I called Astro Watt to inquire about getting a Tesla charger hooked up at my townhouse. I got same-day service from very knowledgeable technicians on the quote and my Whole House surge protector. And the crew who showed up the next day for the install of my charger were just as awesome!
All of the Service technicians were personable, knowledgeable and comfortable to be around. I plan to have them back To hang new ceiling fans next spring!

Thanks so much, Kevin! We’re glad you were happy with the work. Our crew takes pride in doing things right and treating people well. We really appreciate you choosing AstroWatt Electric! We'll be here whenever you need us.
We just completed another successful home update which required electrical work. AstroWatt delivered for us again. Colby initially scoped the work and Eric led the crew that worked at the house for two full days. Both Colby and Eric were professional and excelled at their ability to communicate and manage the project. AstroWatt delivers an exceptional experience as well as the work product. If you get three quotes, don’t expect them to be the lowest, but expect that you will have the best outcome for your electrical needs.
