Google reviewers rate ATAX Highlands highly for thorough tax preparation, clear explanations, and long-term client retention. Customers frequently cite friendly communication, efficient handling of complex filings like ITINs, and reasonable pricing as key benefits. However, low-star reviews highlight instances of billing without filing, lack of proactive communication, and accounting errors that required significant time to correct.
