I changed My Dentist today; and the customer service was exceedingly abundantly above. They were very alternative to my detail information. Dr. Beasley took time out to hear what I had to say and answer my questions attentively. I was very pleased with the visit..

This office is incredible. I’ve been having horrible tooth pain for about a week and a half, and am leaving on vacation tomorrow. I saw my regular dentist and an endodontist to get 3d mapping done and figure out which tooth it is. Both those offices told me they thought it was a specific tooth, but didn’t really explain why (despite two teeth being very painful). I need a root canal though. Called probably 10 dentists and endodontists around here and Huntsville/Madison and none could fit me in before I leave. But Dr. Beasley, that absolute angel, he said he could! Savannah helped me get in with him, worked hard to get images from another office and called me back promptly with updates and made sure all questions were answered and I had what I needed. So I went in today and they did more imaging, exhaustive testing on both teeth, isolated the one that needed the root canal and explained why, in detail. I also found out I had an abscess in that tooth! That could have went very wrong while I was out of town. Then, they called me several hours after the procedure to check on me and see if I was doing okay and if I needed anything from them! I can’t remember the last time I’ve received care like this from a medical professional. I’m a grown woman with severe dental anxiety. He was so gentle and kind. His hygienist, Myleigh, was as well. She even offered to hold my hand during the Novocain shots. I wish I could express how amazing this office is. Everyone went above and beyond with compassion and respect and recognized the sense of urgency. I will be switching my whole family over to this office for future cleanings and dental care!
Dr. Beasley came highly recommended and now I see why. He and the entire team were professional, kind, and made the experience exceptional. I’m truly looking forward to the smile I’ve always hoped for
