I was recently set up on a pap machine. When I arrived for the set up, I was not sure what to expect. I was actually a little nervous about it. Debbie Roberts right away helped me feel better about it in just a matter of a few minutes. She was very kind. She took the time to patiently go over the machine and complete detail. She took the time to answer any at all questions that I had. She took the time to discuss the different options, healthier for me and help size me to the best mass to start with. She told me I could call her if I thought of any more questions after I left. I highly recommend this DME company.
