I had my rug cleaned, first time in decades! Also had fringe added to both ends, it’s never had fringe, and had the sides STM? All to stop the wear and tear the rug has experienced, and extend its life. I was a bit anxious, but it turned out beautifully. I’m very impressed by the work and delighted by the appearance. Love it! James is the fellow who helped me, explaining the process and my options. He did good.
Thank you very much. I’ll be back when it needs a cleaning.

Both Deb in the office and Nick in the workroom could not have given us quicker or more personal attention. Nick educated us about the whole cleaning process. It was very interesting.
