Customers frequently praise the company for punctuality, efficient handling of belongings, and clear communication throughout the moving process. Many reviewers note that the team accommodated last-minute requests and provided fair pricing for local moves. However, some low-rated experiences cite significant delays, understaffing on scheduled days, and poor communication, with one reviewer alleging high final costs for a simple move.

This was a 5-star experience primarily because of Dez. He was super communicative throughout the entire process answering all of my questions and having multiple consultations, quickly navigated and resolved (and more) some small hiccups on the day of the move, stopped by during the move to check in on everything, and followed up the next to make sure everything looked good and went well before sending over the final invoice. I don't want to take anything away from the crew either though. They were on-time to start to day, were very friendly and easy to work with (and funny), and worked very quickly while also taking great care with everything that was being moved. They moved a 2500 sq. ft. 3/2.5 house with a bunch of stuff in it in one day which included packing a decent amount of it. This all while being significantly less expensive than the other quotes I got for the job. Would highly recommend Dez and his crew, they were just awesome to work with.

I had a great experience with my two-man moving team, Ivan and his brother-in-law! They helped me move from a one-bedroom apartment into a three-bedroom townhome and made the entire process seamless.
They were cheerful, efficient, and incredibly careful with my belongings. Everything was loaded in about an hour and 15 minutes and unloaded in roughly 40 minutes. They even helped load a storage pod with additional items at the townhome.
I really appreciated how they wrapped and protected everything to make sure nothing was damaged. They were professional, hardworking, and fun to work with. They even taught me a few new Spanish words along the way! 😊 I would absolutely book them again and highly recommend them!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Atlanta United Local Movers is hands down the BEST moving company I have ever worked with! From beginning to end, my experience was exceptional.
Mr. Dez was absolutely wonderful to work with. I explained that the elevator at my new apartment was reserved from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM, so timing was extremely important. He accommodated the start time I needed and made sure the movers arrived on time so we could stay on schedule. Anytime I had a question leading up to the move, he was professional, responsive, and if I left a voicemail, he always called me back promptly.
The gentlemen who handled our move were amazing! They were polite, professional, efficient, and incredibly strong. There were items my husband and I thought were extremely heavy, and they picked them up like they were as light as a feather! Every request I made was handled without hesitation, and they took great care of our belongings.
It only took them about ONE HOUR to load the truck. They arrived at my new apartment just a few minutes after 10:00 AM and had everything moved into the apartment in about another hour. Our total moving time was only 1 hour and 47 minutes! I did have everything packed and pre-wrapped before they arrived, which I’m sure helped make the move so quick and efficient, but their team did not waste a single minute.
Being seven months pregnant, I was especially nervous and stressed about this move. From the moment they arrived on time and got to work, all of those worries disappeared. They made what could have been an exhausting and stressful day incredibly smooth for me, my husband, and our growing family.
I’ve been in the Atlanta area for almost two years now, and anytime I need movers going forward, Atlanta United Local Movers will be the FIRST company I call. I cannot recommend them enough.
Thank you so much, Mr. Dez and the entire team, for making our move such a wonderful experience. My husband, our baby, and I truly appreciate you!

Great service, affordable, and incredibly efficient. I reached out to Dez needing a quick turnaround, and they were able to accommodate me right away. They took great care of my furniture, wrapped everything properly, and made the entire process from scheduling to the actual move so easy.
My apartment was on the 4th floor, so this was definitely not a simple move, but they handled every obstacle with ease and were very pleasant. I’ve saved their number and will absolutely use them again! Highly recommend!
