But, I wanted to ensure it stayed that way for years to come. The great team at ACC did a great job in making the car look new again. They polished out some minor scratches and coated the wheels for easier cleaning. They also ceramic coated the convertible roof to protect it against the elements. These guys are top notch, trustworthy and have loads of experience. You will not regret the choice of ACC.

The team was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. We did experience a few bumps along the way with the tire installation, but it was more of an issue with the individual handling the installation rather than the shop itself. What really stood out to me was how quickly the shop stepped in, addressed my concerns, and made sure everything was taken care of. To me, great customer service isn’t just about everything going perfectly, but how a business handles things when they don’t. I’m genuinely grateful for the kindness, patience, and care they showed throughout the entire process. I absolutely love how my car turned out and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work, fair pricing, and a business that truly cares about its customers!

Not sure if they lost their technicians but no quality control. No system to carefully inspect their work. Owner apologized 6X but it doesn't make up for the waste of time and inconvenience. Owner offered some compensation but never followed through. Go elsewhere.

Douglas - We’re sorry you feel this way, but we believe this review leaves out significant context. Our team made multiple trips to address every concern that was brought to our attention, including returning to our facility, visiting your office, and ultimately sending both our technician and owner to your home. We repeatedly inspected the vehicle, removed bubbles, and made additional trimming adjustments in an effort to achieve the perfection you were demanding. Our owner also personally apologized and offered compensation as a gesture of goodwill. To be clear, we did agree to provide compensation. We are simply waiting for you to let us know when your vehicle was ready for us to complete the agreed-upon process following its detailing. The suggestion that we “never followed through” is therefore not accurate. We take our workmanship and our customers seriously. While we acknowledge that the initial installation required additional attention, we did everything reasonably possible to correct the concerns and accommodate your requests. For anyone reading this review, we encourage you to consider the full context and review the feedback from our broader customer base when evaluating our business. Unfortunately, despite our repeated efforts, it appears we were never going to be able to meet Doug’s expectations. We understand that he ultimately remained dissatisfied, but we respectfully disagree with the suggestion that we failed to make every effort to resolve the situation. We wish you the best moving forward.

There are plenty of places closer to me, but after comparing companies, products, warranties, pricing, and workmanship—and asking Jon what probably felt like a million questions—I chose Atlanta Ceramic Coating & PPF. I drove 25 miles each way and left my car with them for a full week while I was out of town. Jon was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and thorough, answering every question without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. By the time everything was finished, I spent $7500, so this was a substantial investment. I wanted to be confident I was choosing the right shop, and the quality of the work absolutely justified that decision. My BMW looks fantastic, and the attention to detail is excellent. With so many shops offering these services, there was a reason I drove past plenty of them to come here. Thank you, Jon, for the great experience and for taking such good care of my car. I would absolutely make the drive again. Highly recommended.
