We recently had to replace our entire roof due to damage. Atlanta Metro Roofing was phenomenal the entire way. From the initial inspection with Leo to talking over the finances with Brett, AMR made the process as painless as possible. They were communicating with us every step along the way and helped us get a roof replaced at no cost above our deductible. Super fast service, they did the entire roof in a single day! Fast, Efficient, Friendly, Cheap! Our new roof looks so good 10/10

Right from the start with the first phone call with Brett everything was a breeze and he was very detailed and extremely professional. I knew what to expect and he even followed up the day of my appointment to remind me and make sure that I didn't have any more questions for him. He has been so pleasant through my process and very helpful. Today was my appointment for the inspection and Leo was the inspector that came out. Hands down he was very informational and he walked around with me to listen in detail to my concerns. He was very knowledgable and he took a lot of photos and then he performed his inspection on the roof. It was a pleasure knowing that I was dealing with a very honest and trustworthy person that I could depend on and not take advantage of me because I'm elder. This review is far overdue—Atlanta Metro Roofing replaced our roof in July 2023, and I truly should have written this much, much sooner. Shari and her team were outstanding from beginning to end. They offered competitive pricing without ever compromising on quality or attention to detail. It was clear from our first interaction that we were working with people who took real pride in their work. What stood out most was their professionalism and the care they brought to every phase of the process. Shari and Brett, in particular, were incredibly thorough and attentive—nothing slipped through the cracks. It’s not common to come across contractors who are this reliable, responsive, and meticulous. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’re still grateful we chose them.

You have all heard someone say “never have I ever,” but I’m being very honest! Never have I ever left a review on Google! This is my first. We chose Atlanta Metro Roofing over several others, because of the lower price, but in working with Shari, the owner, I would have paid the highest price! She made the process painless from beginning to end. Also, after the roof was finished she had someone come to clean the pool that had a small amount of roofing debris in it. Every detail of the project was taken care of. I know the roof won’t be replaced again by me (I’m too old) but if I did have to, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Atlanta Metro Roofing. Top quality roofing was used and it looks great! I highly recommend Atlanta Metro Roofing.
