Atlanta Plumbing & Drain
Atlanta Plumbing & Drain at a glance
Customers frequently cite punctual same-day service, clear explanations of issues, and reasonable pricing for repairs involving clogged drains, leaking toilets, and pressure valves. The company is noted for handling emergency calls and compliance forms with professional communication. However, one low-star review highlights a pattern of poor scheduling coordination, last-minute rescheduling delays, and lack of compensation for property damage caused during a sewer repair.

I had a great experience with Ramel. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. Although the source of my water leak was not identified during the visit, he provided helpful insight, walked me through what to look for, and communicated the importance of following up promptly if the issue reappears. What stood out most was his willingness to communicate openly, answer my questions, and make sure I understood the situation. His professionalism and approachability made me feel comfortable and informed. I truly appreciate his honesty and willingness to follow up, and I would recommend Ramel to anyone looking for a professional and courteous technician!
