my pressure was high and i called Atlanta Plumbing & Drain they was my first and only call i make when i need a plumber. thank you for replacing my pressure regulator
Rahmel and alema was great and knowledgeable and I had great customer service experience. I will always use Atlanta Plumbing & Drain for all my plumbing needs.
Very capable, prompt, courteous service. It seemed pricey -(~ $300 for unclogging drain ). Plumber had the parts for pressure repair with him which was helpful. He also did a good job of explaining and documenting the repairs.
Very professional, quick and quality work.
I woke up this morning, to no water and i didn’t know what to do, so my neighbor recommended Atlanta Plumbing & Drain and they came out immediately, my technician was Michael and he was God sent. He explained everything and gave me options to choose, i replaced my water line because the 10 year warranty was hard to…
I had a fantastic experience with Atlanta plumbing and drain They were incredibly professional, arrived on time, and fixed my underground leak quickly. Rahmel explained the issue clearly and their pricing was very transparent. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable plumber
Technician (Alema) was great; knowledgeable, nice and fair!
Great customer service as always! Most ethical, fair, and professional plumbers I've dealt with in the Atlanta Area!! Try them.
Technicians are good but expensive
Alema was great! Our PRV self destructed today, and he was able to come out same day to install a new PRV and get us running water again. I already knew what the issue was, but Alema was very clear about the different package options and what was included with each one. He had to leave for a while to get some parts,…
Alema provided great and speedy service! Very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.
Wonderful service!!!!! He not only fixed the issue he also communicated clearly other issues that he saw!! I give Alema 1000 stars
Alema came to fix a couple of plumbing issues in my house today and came on short notice, which I really appreciated. He was conscientious, honest, and did a great job unclogging my bathroom sink drain and replacing the drain assembly on the same sink. I would definitely recommend the company and of course Alema.
I highly recommend. They were really quick and responsive. Very professionals in presenting the offers and completed the work very well.
Great job
Rahmal and his team was professional and informative. They followed up and called to see if I was okay. Thank you for making me feel like my son and I mattered to you. Sometimes you speak too soon. Although my home has been serviced several times by Atlanta plumbing and drain (for the same issue I believed it was…
A good test of a company is their rework process: while I am already satisfied with the work provided I had to do a follow up recall to what I thought would be a warranty repair. Turns out my fixture needed to be replaced which was separate from the work I had done. Will be booking marking for my future plumbing needs.
Excellent service! Made sure the work was done properly and cleaned up everything afterwards! Greatly appreciate!
I contacted Atlanta Plumbing & Drain Co due to water leaking from my ceiling. A member of the team was dispatched the same day. I was given a 4 hour afternoon appointment window & they arrived within the first hour of the quoted window. They were professional & courteous locating the source of the leak very quickly.…
Alema came out quick to figure out a water stain/leak on our ceiling. Would highly recommend!
