A good test of a company is their rework process: while I am already satisfied with the work provided I had to do a follow up recall to what I thought would be a warranty repair. Turns out my fixture needed to be replaced which was separate from the work I had done. Will be booking marking for my future plumbing needs.

There was great customer service and a very quick response. The labor prices were a bit high though considering the parts needed were very inexpensive. I had to turn down having my toilet flapper repaired which was an additional $150+

My plumber Alema was on time, courteous, explained my issue in details. He fixed the shower and drain issue in a timely manner. I had a great experience with Alema from Atlanta Plumbing & Drain.
