Rahmel and alema was great and knowledgeable and I had great customer service experience. I will always use Atlanta Plumbing & Drain for all my plumbing needs.

Very capable, prompt, courteous service. It seemed pricey -(~ $300 for unclogging drain ). Plumber had the parts for pressure repair with him which was helpful. He also did a good job of explaining and documenting the repairs.

Very professional, quick and quality work.

Technicians are good but expensive

Alema was great! Our PRV self destructed today, and he was able to come out same day to install a new PRV and get us running water again. I already knew what the issue was, but Alema was very clear about the different package options and what was included with each one. He had to leave for a while to get some parts,… Read full review

Rahmal and his team was professional and informative. They followed up and called to see if I was okay. Thank you for making me feel like my son and I mattered to you. Sometimes you speak too soon. A good test of a company is their rework process: while I am already satisfied with the work provided I had to do a follow up recall to what I thought would be a warranty repair. Turns out my fixture needed to be replaced which was separate from the work I had done. Will be booking marking for my future plumbing needs.

Excellent service! Made sure the work was done properly and cleaned up everything afterwards! Greatly appreciate!

I contacted Atlanta Plumbing & Drain Co due to water leaking from my ceiling. A member of the team was dispatched the same day. I was given a 4 hour afternoon appointment window & they arrived within the first hour of the quoted window. They were professional & courteous locating the source of the leak very quickly.… Read full review

My pipes froze and I needed a plumber on Christmas Eve morning. The rate was incredibly reasonable, he was professional, punctual and resolved my issue. I was able to enjoy the rest of the holiday. Very grateful for the service.

He is awesome. By far, my favorite plumber!

First start with the technician was 30 min late . My appointment window was from 12- 2 , show up around 2:30. Then he look at the plumbing issue. He throws out the a price hoping that I was a dummy and say okay. When I refuse the pay for repairs, he throws out another price and tells me that he can not wait around… Read full review
