Thank you for coming on a Saturday and doing a thorough diagnostic. Thank you for fixing our running toilet on the same Saturday.

Rahmel was very kind, professional, and got the job done done quick! Would use him again!
Very capable, prompt, courteous service. It seemed pricey -(~ $300 for unclogging drain ). Plumber had the parts for pressure repair with him which was helpful. He also did a good job of explaining and documenting the repairs.
Great service!

Alema was prompt, efficient, and courteous in resolving a plumbing issue for my disabled mom. As a home owner it’s always “heartburn”when an unexpected expense/repair comes up. That said, Atlanta Plumbing & Drain CO is very reasonable and that is greatly appreciated during these questionable economic times. Also,…

Alema was very professional and helpful. I am an old(er) person and he made me quite comfortable that he knew what to do to fix my leaking toilet. The whole interaction from my problem report at around 3 pm to Alema arriving to take care of the problem a few hours later was smooth, timely and professional. I recommend.
We had a leak in a toilet inlet connector. We called them for a service. The tech came in and quoted $750 for the repair service. We negotiated down to $500. Because this was emergency and I did not have time to repair myself, and I let him do the job. Even at negotiated price, this is rib-off, taking…

Paid 630 for 1 hour work and they tried to leave without sealing the toilet after putting it back in. I had to tell them to seal it which they tried but couldn’t succeed. Leaving half the cracks open.

Atlanta Plumbing and Drain is an excellent company and I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs. They are always professional, courteous, and honest in their dealings. I have never had an issue with any of their repairs.
