Customers frequently cite punctuality, consistent communication, and fair pricing as key strengths, noting that crews often hand-nail shingles and provide regular updates during roof replacements and repairs. The company also handles permitting and code compliance efficiently. However, lower-rated reviews highlight issues with delayed estimates, unaddressed leaks, and specific workmanship errors, such as exposed plywood or property damage, indicating that some service experiences were inconsistent.

Quality service. They nail each shingle instead of using staples. After complete, the owner did a follow-up inspection. He spotted something that was not perfect and had his crew come back to fix.
