Scott was great to work with! We originally got tables that were a little small and we called to swap them with no problem at all. Everything arrived in great condition, tables and chairs were sturdy and clean, the linens were also clean. Very reasonably priced. We will definitely be using atlas again!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly advise anyone considering renting from this company to think twice, especially if your event is in Manhattan.
This company is not based in Manhattan, and in my experience, they have absolutely no understanding of how to operate or coordinate deliveries and pickups in the city. Manhattan venues have strict access schedules, building requirements, and limited delivery windows. This company seems completely unprepared to handle any of that.
There is no customer service. The owner, Scott Gorky, answers the calls himself, yet repeatedly forgets or contradicts what was previously agreed upon.
I specifically discussed delivery and pickup times when placing my order. On the morning of my event, I called to reconfirm the schedule, only to have Scott deny what we had discussed. And threaten me to cancel the order just hours before the event. He was an extremely short temper. The delivery arrived nearly an hour early, when no one was at the venue. This was a rented event space, not my residence, which I had made very clear.
To make matters worse, I paid for 40 chairs and received only 38. When I requested a refund for the two missing chairs, he said he would. However I still don’t have the refund. It’s been 5 days since the event.
I had also explicitly arranged for same-day pickup because the venue was not my property. Despite this, the chairs were not collected as agreed. I repeatedly tried to reach him to resolve the situation.
I made it clear that the chairs needed to be collected by 12 PM and that, if they were not picked up, I would have no choice but to leave them outside the door because I had no further access to the rented space.
Immediately after that phone conversation, I received a $400 charge on my credit card. The chairs were eventually picked up, yet these charges were still imposed!
What was most disturbing was Scott’s behavior on the phone. He was rude, insulting, and aggressive. He also made comments that I found racist and offensive toward Spanish-speaking people. Which I am.
This company failed to deliver the full order, disregarded agreed-upon scheduling arrangements, refused to refund missing equipment, and imposed $400 in additional charges despite eventually collecting its chairs.
If you are organizing an event in Manhattan, I would strongly recommend finding a company that actually understands the logistics of operating here and respects its customers.
I would never rent from this company again. Completely unprofessional from beginning to end.

At Atlas Party Rentals, we've spent more than 75 years building our reputation on dependable service, honest communication, and a genuine commitment. We take customer concerns seriously, but we respectfully disagree with several statements in this review.
Our signed rental agreement clearly outlines our standard delivery and pick-up hours. The requested 9 p.m. pickup fell outside those hours, and an additional after-hours service option was offered.
We also strongly dispute the characterization of the telephone conversation and the allegations directed at our owner.
We remain committed to treating every customer with fairness, respect, and professionalism, and we stand behind the reputation we've worked hard to earn over seven decades.

I recently rented table, chairs and tablecloths from Atlas and was happy with the whole process. I added chairs to my orderand they handled it professionaly. They were great to work with and answered all my questions. They came the day after the event in the morning and quietly picked everything up. They will now be my default (it used to be Partyline) party rental destination.

I had a great experience with Atlas party rentals. We made a 60th party, over Memorial Day weekend, which turned out fabulous. I called the Monday before to request a heater due to the cold, wet forecast and Scott and his team were able to accommodate this last minute request. I never thought we would need a heater at the end of May. Our guest were warm and dry under the protective covering of the tent. The heater was powerful enough to heat the entire area. All of our guests from ages 3-93 were comfortable . We almost forgot what the weather was like, outside our bubble.
The chairs arrived clean and were more comfortable than I expected and there were 2 extra than ordered. The size of the tent, recommended by Atlas, was more than adequate to hold our party.
The team were so cooperative arriving the morning of our party to replace or fix the tent as needed.
I will recommend your company for many years to come and will reach out any time I plan an event.
