i just bought my very first rug! the lady there was so sweet, i will definitely be back!
Michela and the team at Atlas Rug are, in a word, WONDERFUL. We bought a large Turkish wool rug at an estate sale and immediately realized we were out of our wheelhouse and needed to have it professionally cleaned and repaired. After a pleasant conversation with Michela to discuss the process and pricing, her team picked up the rug from our home. I can only assume they perform magic because when her team delivered the rug after it was serviced, it looked brand new! The Atlas crew (including Roberto!) were very patient with me as we figured out exactly how I wanted the rug placed, and even helped move couches and other furniture around until the room was “set”. We are so happy with the beautiful artwork that now graces our floor and provides both comfort and style. Thank you, Michela!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Kelsey! We're thrilled to hear that you had such a positive experience with Michela and the Atlas Rug team. It's always our goal to restore rugs to their former glory and make their placement a seamless process for our customers. We appreciate your trust in us and are delighted that your Turkish rug has found a perfect home. Enjoy the beauty and comfort it brings to your space!
My little dog scratched about a 6" hole in my rug trying to catch a gecko that had gotten underneath. Atlas was able to weave the rug so that you cannot tell there was ever an issue. They were very prompt and communicated throughout the process. Will definitely use them again if we have a need. PS, still have the dog.
Thank you Vickie, we are happy to hear that the dog wasn't fired from his position of best-friend!! It was a pleasure to be of service to you and we appreciate your words and humor so much.

I’ve worked with Atlas Rug Gallery for many years and have always found them to be professional, trustworthy, and a true pleasure to do business with. Most recently, they cleaned one of my treasured Persian rugs, and the result was extraordinary—the rug was returned in perfect condition, looking even more beautiful than when it was new. My sincere thanks to Mikayla and her team for their excellent care and support over the years. Because of them, our rugs remain not only well-preserved but also daily joys in our home.
Thank you Caron! You are such a pleasure to do business too, always extremely kind and nice to all our team! We were very happy to take care of your beloved and gorgeous rug! Until next time!

My husband and I recently bought our first rugs from Atlas Rugs. The team at Atlas is so welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind. They also have an incredible variety of rugs. We came in with limited knowledge and they took the time to walk us through the basics of rug making and the history and cultural background of each of the rugs we saw. We had so much fun looking at options with the team and absolutely LOVE the rugs we landed on. Last comment, the folks at Atlas do not put any pressure on making a purchase as opposed to some other stores we went to. We felt comfortable and like we could take the time to find the exact right choice. They’ve definitely got new long term customers in us and we highly recommend!
