Sam from ATS Appliance repair was terrific. Friendly, knowledgeable, and worked really hard to try to solve my oven issue. Would call them again without hesitation!
I was super impressed when I called ATS for an issue I was having with my front loading washer. Before scheduling a service call, they tried to walk me through some troubleshooting steps to see if I could fix it - without charging me. He ended up coming out and taking care of our problem since it was more involved. I Highly recommend ATS - responsive, trustworthy, and great service. Update: since posting, I have used ATS multiple times between my office and home for issues with a washer, dryer, and oven. Sam is incredible and addressed each issue. He is honest and does great work!
