We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Attitash Builders, and especially to Liu Vaine, who has been more like a friend than a builder representative and has always been there to help us navigate the unexpected things that come with being first-time homeowners. Last month, we experienced a false fire alarm on two separate occasions. We reached out to Liu to see if he could help us identify what was triggering the alarm and determine how to resolve the issue. Without hesitation, Liu immediately stepped in, coordinated with the contractors, and arranged for someone to come to our home and inspect the problem. They ultimately identified the faulty alarm and replaced it at no cost to us. What makes this experience even more meaningful is that our home was already outside the standard one-year builder’s warranty. Nevertheless, Attitash Builders did not hesitate to help. Liu took ownership of the issue, made sure it was resolved quickly, and continued to follow up with us to make sure everything was working properly. Liu also goes the extra mile by checking in with us from time to time to see how things are going in our home. That level of care and follow-through really stands out. Our experience has shown us that Attitash Builders genuinely cares about its homeowners and values long-term relationships rather than simply viewing the home purchase as a transaction. We are incredibly grateful for Liu’s support and responsiveness and would highly recommend Attitash Builders to anyone looking for a builder that truly stands behind its homeowners.

Our home is spectacular! It was above and beyond all we expected. The entire staff was supportive, experts in their fields, efficient and hardworking. I purchased a new built home from Avatar Constructions and it is beautifully and well-built internally and externally. I had a pleasant experience working with Nazar on the minor issues that usually come up with a new construction house. I specifically want to mention Liu from his team who has been highly responsive to our questions and concerns, including those related to the deck, window alignment, and HVAC/ventilation. He maintains detailed records for each issue and consistently follows through until everything is fully resolved. He is professional, easy to-talk-to, and ensures that matters are handled efficiently and to completion.

I’ve known the operations manager for years and have seen firsthand the incredible custom homes he and his team create—I’ve toured many of them, and they’re truly impressive. Knowing we have them on our side for our upcoming custom design and build makes the whole process even more exciting. Thank you for all the help over the years!

From initial contact with Joe to the final walkthrough with developer Nazar, the process was smooth and very hands-on. The team was patient with our change orders mid-project, listening carefully and addressing our concerns effectively. Overall, it was a top-notch experience. Remarkably, the initial quote remained unchanged, even though most commercial projects tend to cost 20-30% more than planned. Attitash played a significant role in keeping the project within budget, ensuring we avoided unnecessary expenses on fixtures that would inflate costs without reason. Excellent work, guys!

We chose our home at 21 Fayette Street mainly because of the excellent location, and it has truly been a great decision for our family. I first became familiar with Attitash Home Builders in April 2025, when the house was still under construction. My agent, Anthony, brought me to see the property, and Mr. Nazar personally walked me through the structure, layout, and construction process. He explained everything clearly, which helped me understand the quality of the materials and workmanship. The house was completed and delivered in late 2025. After moving in, we experienced a few minor issues, which is normal for a new home. However, whenever something came up, Nazar was always responsive and arranged his team to help us promptly. One example that stood out was during the colder season. There was an advanced system in the house that kept making noise, and we were concerned that something might be wrong. Since we were not familiar with the equipment, we were afraid to touch it. After I mentioned this together with the heating issue, Nazar responded quickly and arranged for a technician to come the next day. The technician checked everything and adjusted the system properly, which gave us great peace of mind.This really showed how much they care about their customers and how they try to make things easy and worry-free for homeowners. I would also like to especially thank Dimitri. He was extremely helpful not only with paperwork and closing documents, but also with construction-related questions. He was always patient, friendly, and quick to respond, which made the entire process much smoother. My agent Anthony was also professional and reliable. My wife and I are very happy living in this home. When she is happy, our whole family is happy. We truly enjoy our life here. If you are considering a home in this area, I would definitely recommend Avatar Design & Construction. Overall, it has been a very positive experience, and I appreciate their professionalism and dedication. Highly recommended！

Nazar and his team are great. They listen to the client and accommodate as much as possible. They are very resourceful as well, and get the job done with highest quality in reasonable time. My wife and I are very happy with the house that they built for us.

Let me start off with saying that you are in great hands with Attitash Home Builders! We were looking for a new construction home and had something very special in mind. We looked at many properties but weren't impressed, same old boring designs - inside and out, till we walked into this Attitash Home Builders creation! We fell in love with it from the moment we saw the front elevation and our admiration for the love and passion with the builder had built the home just grew as we walked around the home. We knew this was the home 🏡 that we had looking for and waiting for a long time. Attitash team's attention to every major and minor detail shone through - the layout, the woodwork, the lighting fixtures all very unique with classy touches! Nazar walked us through the home before we closed on it. The excitement in his voice describing every detail as a proud artist would describe his precious creation was something to behold. After we moved in, there were few minor irritants that you'd expect with any new construction home that Nazar and team jumped on and addressed promptly! I'd highly recommend Attitash Home Builders to anyone looking to get a custom home built or looking to buy a custom built home!
