We had to put down my mom's little dog, Pipsqueak, after 19 years. The staff was so very empathetic and kind. I was surprised and touched when I received a sympathy card in the mail. Then, a couple weeks later, we received a card from Purdue acknowledging that they received a monetary gift from Augusta Animal Clinic in remembrance of Pipsqueak. I was choked up - this lil' ankle biting creature, that broke my heart at his passing, has made an impact just by "being." It's a lovely, most kind, and most beautiful gesture. I can't say enough about Augusta and their lovely staff - good people inside and out. With so much appreciation and affection - Thank you! 🙏🏻 🐕❤️🥹

I have gone to a few different vet offices for my 3 visits and this is by far the best vet I’ve ever gone to. They greet your pet by name as soon as you enter. It is a smaller practice and you get individualized attention versus being just another number. They treat on and love on your animal as if they are their own. The staff is absolutely so incredible, compassionate, and caring. As long as I live in Indiana I will always take my dogs here.
I recently took my dog to this new vet office and had such a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient from the moment we walked in. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and treated my dog with so much care and compassion. The office was clean, calming, and very organized, which made the visit feel stress-free. You can tell everyone there genuinely loves animals and wants the best for them. I left feeling reassured and grateful to have found a vet office I can trust. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring and professional veterinary team!
AAC helped my wife and I care for our 15 year old yorkie, Joey, in the last years 5-ish of his life. He had seasonal allergies and bad belly aches like clockwork. I could email Lisa directly when needs came up; and when we came in, Jess was always excited to see him. Joe was feisty but they all knew and loved him. We had to put him down both expectedly and unexpectedly back in October and I’m just able to write this review— but AAC helped make that incredibly hard and sad day a little easier. We recently moved to another side of town but our vet for our other 2 dogs hasn’t changed. While a little on the expensive side, my family and I love AAC. Thank you guys for being a part of Mr. Joe-Boy’s village.
We have been with the same vet care office for over 25 years. We rescued a kitten that was three weeks old. She. We brought our kitty in we were met with the most amazing and kind gal. We felt great about our choice. The next visit was not the same experience. Went to get his nails trimmed. It was going to be over $30. The kitty was eight weeks old at that time. They realize they had forgotten to do that in the wellness visit. The words clinic are misleading most people say state clinic with less expensive and not higher price services. I gave the benefit of the doubt brought little Stanley back in for his first shot. A lady quickly and anxiously put me in a room to the right to the front desk. The energy was definitely not as friendly on that third visit. I waited in the room. She came in very quickly had me hold the kitten and I am not a vet. I'm not a vet tech. I am just the owner. The majority of the shot when she tried to put it in went all over me. It was not cleaned up. I cleaned it up with my clothing that I had on. Not even half the syringe went into him no apology. Nothing she just said Inserted into his neck at that point, it looked like there might've been a 1/4 of the syringe left. I went out and I was asked to pay $75 which I did Again, the energy seemed different and off that day, not near as kind and welcoming. I asked if the shot would be effective to the front desk gal due to it being spilled the majority on me. She said well he's little he doesn't need all of. That what's his hardening I felt unheard I felt taken advantage of and it made me realize that do they really actually need the shot if 75% of it to 80% was spilled on me I left and realized I did not want to be in that environment. Very disappointing because we were absolutely thrilled to death to finally find a new forever home for our fur kids. We have 7 total.

I love Dr. Dave Lee and the entire staff at Augusta Animal Clinic. I have seen Dr. Dave with pets for over 10 years. I currently have two pitbulls who actually enjoy going to see them. When I adopted a new and very skiddish rescue last year, they sat in the room with us on the floor making her comfy before touching her! They really make me feel like my time with them is important, they listen to my concerns, and thoughtfully explain costs and outcomes. Most importantly we never feel rushed and they give me time to consider everything. Even when animals are sick or have been at the end of life stages, they are compassionate, knowledgeable, and I always trust the recommendations they give. 10/10 highly recommend! You and your furry friends will not be disappointed!
Thank God a several of my neighbors told me about these people and I'm surely coming to bring my dog..

Great clinic and tell they car about your pets. Dr Lee and Vet techs explain everything very well.
Great staff. Extremely personable, fast and friendly, while still providing qaulity care. You're going to be with your pet throughout the process. One small issue. I got carged $90 for some posatex when i could've gotten the exact same thing for $65 online. You guys already charge a physical exam fee for what should only be an ear exam. Next time just tell me what appears to be the problem, i dont need all the fancy stuff done, i just need to know what appears to be the problem.

Not the cheapest, but hands down the best. Father in law has dealt with 100's of vets for his job and still says this place is top tier. If you wanna save money go to tractor supply (vaccines) if you want the best care for your pets, go here.
