Shelly was fantastic. She explained everything to me when I dropped them off. She made me feel very comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She made my little furbabies look sooo cute. I almost didn't recognize them.

I have been seeing on Google that this is one of the best dog grooming salons in Aurora. Brought my dog Waffles here for the 1st time. Wow! Julya was so kind and willing to explain services Waffles does and doesn’t need and why. No groomer has ever done that. She also took her time with Waffles rather than speed grooming and getting done within a half hour. Waffles looks great and smells pretty! I am convinced she did not get the care she deserves before this. We will come back and ask for Julya every single time!

First time patron. Our lab/Pyrenees mix is pretty low maintenance but had gotten a bit funky and needed a nail trim. We were blown away by how much of a difference these good people made in a single visit. And their price was less than one-third of what a mobile grooming service had quoted us! Could not have been more pleased.

Neese is the groomer I had for my dog Mookie. She was so patient, kind, and understanding of my dogs anxiety. I’ve been to PetSmart and they always told me how terrible my dog was and his haircuts were awful. He looked better going in than coming out. Neese did everything perfectly and my sweet boy came home looking so handsome!

We took our cat Chai in for a lion cut and Jen did an amazing job! Everyone we interacted with there was super kind and our boy is absolutely adorable! 🥰
